Return/Refund Policy

Before returning any goods to us please contact our customer care department on 01202 662170 or by emailing contact@haysoms.com so we can issue you with a returns authorisation form. All requests for a return must be provided in writing, by letter fax or email within the cancellation period. You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 60 days after the day of delivery. Dates and times for all deliveries are logged with the courier. Customers have a duty of care whilst the item(s) are in their possession, we suggest any returns are sent back to us in the original packaging and box. There must not be any hand writing or defacing of the individual boxes, if there is, a re-boxing charge may occur. Haysom Interiors will not pay for unwanted goods to be returned. Goods can be returned by courier, registered post or we can arrange for our courier to collect unwanted goods, however this will be at the customers cost. If you purchase a product which is made to your specification then this will be non-returnable unless the item is faulty or not as described. The product description box will clearly inform you whether the item is made to order or not. Products that are made to order can differ slightly to what is pictured on the website. Products must not have been installed or modified in any way and we have the right to refuse refunds if they do not meet the above criteria. Goods are refunded within 14 days of cancellation. The outward delivery charge will be refunded for unwanted goods in accordance with The Distance Selling Regulations 2000.

Faulty Merchandise

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise it should either be rejected on delivery, or if a fault is found within a reasonable time subsequent to delivery we will (subject to confirmation of the fault), exchange the goods or refund you in full. No item can be returned as unwanted if that item has already been used (electrically). Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or fully refunded in accordance with each customer's requirement (subject to the time of delivery). Where only part of the item is damaged we will try to send out a replacement for the part that is damaged or faulty to avoid further inconvenience. In the event that a part cannot be sent, the whole item shall be replaced. If either you or we breach this agreement, neither of us will be responsible for any losses that the other suffers as a result, including those losses which are foreseeable such as electrician's fees, testing costs and loss of earnings etc.
